How to join

The Oxford Bibliographical Society was founded in 1922 to encourage bibliographical research. Membership has never been confined to members of the University or to Oxford residents but is open to all.

Membership application forms may be obtained from

The annual subscription, which runs from January to December, is currently £20.00 or $35.00 and entitles members to one copy of each of the Society's publications appearing during their membership and, on joining, to a free copy of one of the Society's Occasional Publications.

A special student membership rate of £10 or $20 is also available. Proof of status (e.g. a copy of student ID) is required.

An online application form is now available for printing [this link opens in a new window].
