This questionnaire is part of a study of issues relating to the hearing ability of motorcyclists. We are part of a team from Bath investigating how the noise associated with motorcycling can affect hearing. Our long-term goal is to make motorcycling less damaging, by designing new motorcycle helmets which help the cyclist remain alert and make the environment less noisy for the motorcyclist. Please feel free to contact us about the project or your contribution at any time. Our details are included at the end of this questionnaire. Thank you so much. Your help has been invaluable.

We have some more questions if you would be willing to answer them. No personal details of any kind will be made available to any other individual or organisation.
