Frome Town Youth Football Club is an all abilities youth football club, providing organised football to children aged 4 to 18. We are proud to be a FA Charter Standard club with fully qualified and CRB checked coaches. Frome Town Youth Football Club is affiliated to Somerset Football Association and all its teams play in the Midsomer Norton and District Youth Football League.

Frome Town Youth was originally started by Dave Cowler for his sons. Due to work and other commitments the club was disbanded, and remained dormant for a further 2 years. Dave to this day is President of the club and an active member of the Frome Town Youth board.

Chris Dominey, the Club Manager then took up the challenge for his two sons, and with the help of a dedicated backroom staff, Frome Town Youth is one of the largest and most successful youth football clubs in the region, boasting over 250 children in U6s to U14s.

Although the club is growing at a pace nobody expected we pride ourselves on giving as many children as possible, regardless of ability a game of competitive football. We are in the enviable position of working as one big family, hopefully never losing touch with why we run the club. That is for the children, who, without exception always come first.

This year’s tournament was particularly unique in that it had the financial backing of two main sponsors. The club extends their thanks to Express Industrial Supplies Ltd and Yeoman Asphalt incorporating Bardon Aggregates for their support over the weekend. read more...
