…Blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins, banana muffins and lemon muffins to name a few!

I remember waking up to a smell of something sweet cooking downstairs on a Sunday morning, as I crept down the stairs the smell would get stronger. There in the kitchen was my mum in her pink apron putting another tray of these gorgeous, delicious cake type sponges in the oven. After many years I learnt Mum’s secrets and started to make them myself. One by one, I'm getting around to putting my Mum’s recipes up, sharing the joy of  muffin-y goodness with the world.
